Sea Urchin Light Sculpture

This striking sculpture was inspired by childhood memories of time spent underwater snorkeling in Positano, where Vincenzo used to collect sea urchins and bring them home to Tuscany. Vincenzo is captivated by the perfect geometrical natural forms and vibrant colors of these beautiful marine urchins. Magnified to a large scale, the sea urchin sculpture was modeled in clay by Vincenzo and then cast in bronze following the traditional lost wax casting method. This sculpture is part of a design collection of lights created from Vincenzo's sculptures. The sculpture can be exhibited as a decorative piece of art or transformed into a coffee table or wall light. Sea Urchin is a limited series of 12 pieces, each individually signed, dated, and numbered.
