Laghi Large Squared Yellow Serving Plate by Roberto Monte

This striking object of functional decor is a unique serving plate designed by Roberto Monte and inspired by the surface of lakes ("laghi") and its colors. Entirely made by hand, it comprises a lava stone body embellished with central decoration in lead-free yellow enamel. After the firing, the piece is submerged in castor oil and subsequently washed several times to remove the excess oil. This treatment allows it to become waterproof and give a smooth texture. This plate comes with a certificate of authenticity and cares instructions. Other color enamels are available upon request.
