Stripes Vase Olimpic White Marble #2 by Paolo Ulian

This series of vases is characterized by an extremely thin thickness of the marble, about 2 mm, which makes them surprisingly light. They are made starting from a flat slab of marble from which, by means of waterjet cutting, thin concentric rings are obtained which, by overlapping, go to build the various shapes and proportions of the vases. From a small slab of marble, you get all the rings needed to make a series of vases of different heights with a considerable saving of material used. This item has been part of the exhibition MARMO on display at Artemest Galleria until May 2023.
