Tall Pacay Black and White Vase

This elegant vase is part of the Pacay series and features a narrow body and a sinuous profile. The contemporary sensibility evident in the unique shape of the vase is enhanced by the use of colors, which were all hand applied using natural pigments. The black of the sides strikingly contrast with the white of the back and front, creating the illusion of two-dimensionality that is the characteristic of this series.
