Green Turbo Shell Sculpture

This sculpture celebrates nature in all its magnificence, literally putting it up on a lustrous pedestal handmade in nickel-plated brass. The main attraction of this piece is the large green turbo shell in its natural state, which belongs to a species of sea snail found in the Indian ocean off the coast of Madagascar, and in the South and Central Pacific Oceans off the coast of Australia. The shell's color vary between a white-green and a sea-green, mottled with brown and olive. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind and its base can be customized to feature different metal finishes.
