Lagazuoi Dinner Table

The designers drew the inspiration for his remarkable table crafted in wood and metal from the Lagazuoi mountain in the Dolomites, where during World War I many tunnels were built by the Italian troops in an effort to fight the enemies' troops. The base is made of riveted wrought iron to evoke the style of wartime objects, while the top is crafted of recovered and restored wood with geometric patterns of red and gray inlays. The wood retains its natural color which results from long exposure to different weather conditions and is treated with natural oils for a finish that respects and enhances its natural characteristics. This table is also available in darker tones.
